Creative Design Staff
Our creative staff has years of experience in producing professional design solutions for a wide variety of client applications. From franchise marketing to non-profit markets, our designers can develop concepts and graphics to visually enhance your products and services in the marketplace. Ross uses Adobe Suite development software (lnDesign or Quark Express) to produce your artwork and we can accept a wide variety of other formats to assist client needs.

Pre-press Department
State-of-the-art pre-press technologies help us provide quality color controls for accuracy and consistency. We utilize the Agfa Palladio direct-to-plate system to create the highest quality and lowest cost pre-press solutions available in the industry.

Press Room
Knowledgeable pressmen run our full color web offset and sheet-fed presses producing high quality printing. Our state-of-the-art 6 color-B6.S" Harris web press uses ColorQuik Controls from Graphics Microsystems to ensure consistent quality color control and registration. Our sheet-fed press consist of as color Komori Lithrone 29" with in-sync color controls and a 2 color 29" Heidelberg.

Bindery Department
Ross' complete bindery services consist of computerized paper cutters, folding units, die-cutters, saddle-stitcher, drill press and various other finishing units. Using top brand equipment like MBO, Stahl, Polar and Mueller-Martini Rosa produces consistent quality and accuracy from start to finish with every order.

Data Processing / Mailing Services
Ross' in house data management and list services expertly prepare and analyze your mail for maximum postal discounts. Ross mails millions of pieces each month using the latest "one-to-one" marketing techniques. Our traditional Ink-jet labeling or Xerox Docu-Tech creates the results your direct mail campaign needs. Ross can also prepare maps to help you concentrate your direct mail efforts and create "hot zone" areas for your greatest potential.
